Notes
The Minimum System Software for the 200 MHz configuration was 7.5.5, and it used a PowerPC 604e processor, which included 32 kB data and instruction caches. The 132 MHz and 200 MHz configurations shipped with 8x and 12x CD-ROM drives, respectively.
The PowerMac 7600 was a 7300. There was also, briefly, a 200 MHz 604e 7600 Model.
